The LINE Group's new production and administration building is located at August-Lämmle-Straße 39 in Reutlingen, at the foot of Reutlingen's local mountain, the Achalm. The 706.5-metre-high Achel, as the Zeugenberg is often called in the vernacular, is crossed by the Scheibengipfeltunnel, which was opened to traffic in October 2017 and provides a quick connection to the main roads to Tübingen, Metzingen and Stuttgart. Stuttgart Airport and Messe Stuttgart, for example, are only a 20-minute drive away.

From the prestigious new building, Reutlingen city center, the neighboring municipality of Eningen and the small town of Pfullingen are just a few minutes' walk away. The Swabian Alb is also within easy reach via the Ursulaberg tunnel.
