Cleanroom cabins in modular design

All CELL.LINE® cleanroom enclosures have a minimum wall thickness of 80 mm. The inside and outside of the wall panels used are always flush-mounted; this also applies to the double glazing and cleanroom doors used. The GMP-compliant design and construction meets all current hygiene regulations and allows the cleanroom wall systems to be used in all cleanroom classes in accordance with EN ISO 14644 and GMP Annex 2.

The walk-on design of the cleanroom ceilings simplifies the installation of the ventilation technology and facilitates subsequent, cost-effective maintenance of the system. The extremely high rigidity of the LINE cleanroom panels ensures a durable, high-quality cleanroom installation that retains its value. Thanks to the modular design with tongue and groove system, the system room remains variable and can be adapted to changing requirements even after years of operation. All LINE cleanroom cabins have very high air and particle tightness and cleaning-optimized surfaces.
