Customized or ex stock - cleanroom equipment ex works

A turnkey cleanroom solution naturally also includes the recording and project planning of all cleanroom-specific equipment.

Each piece of furniture is also designed in-house in our CAD department. The 3D design data generated here is inserted into the room floor plans we create, which enables direct comparison and consideration of all other planning requirements. For example, we coordinate exhaust air openings to be kept clear, media ducts and connections as well as glazing and escape routes.

We manufacture furniture from various materials, some of which are combined with each other:
  • Stainless steel, surfaces with fine grinding or 3D quality
  • Aluminium, anodized surfaces, closed LINE® cleanroom aluminium profiles
  • Melamine, high surface / laminate quality, various colors
  • HPL, often in combination with melamine, various colors
  • Various composite panels (Alucobond, Dibond, etc.)
  • Various plastics (POM, PA6, PVC rigid foam, etc.)

In addition to a large number of standardized furnishings, some of which we also keep in stock, we also manufacture all furniture according to customer requirements. We will be happy to advise you in detail.
