Airlock systems
For wall installation or floor-to-ceiling installation
Classic material airlocks usually have double-leaf hinged doors or high-speed doors to enable larger materials or quantities to be transferred in and out quickly. Material pass-throughs, on the other hand, are usually installed in the cleanroom wall and thus offer the option of transferring products in or out quickly and with minimized pressure loss.
Our pass-throughs are also manufactured at our site in Reutlingen. The following variants and options are available:
- 600 x 600 x 600 mm
- 700 x 700 x 700 mm
- 800 x 800 x 800 mm
- Other dimensions possible
- Housing and inner surface made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant
- Doors with outgassing-free real glass (no plastic)
- With alternating door lock and status indicator (red/green)
- Optionally for self-installation or incl. installation
- Optimized according to GMP guidelines and for purity classes according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 for a controlled environment
The above-mentioned dimensions are aimed at the infeed and outfeed of standardized KLT containers. However, we have also produced a large number of special dimensions and designs for pass-throughs over the past twenty years. We look forward to hearing from you.
