In our own production facility in Reutlingen, we manufacture high-quality cleanroom furnishings that are precisely tailored to your requirements. Whether laminar flow box, nitrogen storage cabinet, table, shelf or special solution - each piece of furniture is individually designed and precisely integrated into your room planning.
Our CAD planning enables seamless coordination with your cleanroom environment - including air routing, media connections, escape routes and other relevant requirements. Depending on the cleanroom class and use, suitable materials are used, e.g:
- Made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304 / V2A), surface ground to 320 grit, welded without joints (or high-gloss 3D surface)
- Anodized aluminium / closed LINE® cleanroom aluminium profiles (35 x 35 x 1.5 mm)
- HPL available in various RAL colors
- Melamine available in various RAL colors
- Aluminum composite panels (e.g. Alucobond, Dibond)
- Engineering plastics (POM, PA6, PVC etc.)
In addition to a large number of standard products in stock, we manufacture the majority of our cleanroom furniture as special solutions - individually tailored to your processes, requirements and available space. Our goal: a functional, economical and technically convincing solution that integrates seamlessly into your cleanroom concept.
