Nevertheless, we offer a limited selection of standardized cleanroom tents and cleanroom cabins that can be delivered at short notice. Our packages vary in size and design. Our modular room-in-room solutions in system construction are a high-quality, pressure-tight and, above all, flexible, cost-effective solution for creating a single or multi-part room structure. The dimensions of a room in terms of length, width and height can be freely selected, and the self-supporting installation and assembly allows the system room to be easily converted or redesigned at a later date, such as the installation of additional walls or doors. Not only can the size of the room be adapted to changing requirements at any time, it can also be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere without any damage. This is a remarkable advantage, especially for rented rooms or when converting an area.
Our rooms are based on double-shell wall and ceiling elements, which are particularly easy and quick to clean thanks to their flush, scratch-resistant design. The use of powder-coated sheet steel surfaces, aluminum or stainless steel allows the use of all standard cleanroom cleaning agents and disinfectants (isopropanol, etc.). Partially glazed wall surfaces ensure a certain sense of well-being for employees in the cleanroom and provide the often necessary or desired view to the outside.
