Material lock

Depending on the type of material, weight and dimensions, materials can be transferred in and out either via floor-to-ceiling airlocks - equipped with swing doors, high-speed doors or roller shutter systems - or via pass-throughs integrated into the wall system. The aim of all these systems is to transfer materials into and out of the cleanroom in a controlled and cleanroom-compatible manner, while at the same time maintaining cleanroom conditions such as pressure conditions and contamination protection. It is essential that the doors of airlocks and pass-throughs are interlocked - either mechanically or electromagnetically - to prevent them from opening at the same time, similar to personnel airlocks. When selecting and designing pass-through and airlock systems, attention must also be paid to cleanroom-compatible, easy-to-clean materials and surfaces. Our airlock systems are therefore made exclusively from stainless steel and aluminum.
